Tourist Information Center

The Hilton Head Island Tourist Information Center is designed to provide the local tourist with area information that will enhance the visitors experience in this destination resort community.  Hiton Head Island is internationally known for its quality resort amenities; including beautiful public beaches, numerous professionally designed golf courses, exceptional cuisine and a wide variety of lodging options that includes moderate priced off beach and upper scale beach front hotel and motel options.  There is also a list of real estate companies that specialize in short-term vacation rentals offering on and off beach condo rentals and single family home rentals.  There are numerous shops and shopping centers around the island to accomodate all types of retail shopping experiences.   The Tourist Information Center also contains information about traveling to the island and options of getting around the island; such as, airports, buses, bike rentals, car rentals, climate, coming events, demographics, parking, taxi service, trolleys, and walking trails. 

Other amenties include; numerous tennis courts, tennis schools, golf schools, marinas,  rental boats, sunset cruises, sailing, nature trails, bike trails, several bike rental companies, a water fun park, minature golf, The Discovery Museum, horseback riding, Adventure Cove, Harbour Town, Honey Horn Plantation, Coligny Beach & Shopping Area, etc.
